The Function Lead for Digital Advertising Sales in the Greater China Region (GCR) will collaborate with the client’s Sales Lead counterpart to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans across sales and account management functions. This role involves motivating and managing multiple Sales Managers and their teams to achieve quarterly revenue targets and KPIs, maintaining a deep understanding of the GCR market, and providing clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership to develop strategic and tactical plans.
Experience managing and coaching multiple sales managers and their teams.
Strong skills in process and operations management to grow and scale the business function.
Capability to provide thought leadership to enhance program outcomes.
Proficiency in communicating business status through concise, data-driven, written, and verbal updates.
Experience in identifying actionable insights and developing plans to deliver results.
Ability to ensure account management teams understand and can execute sales initiatives.
Deep knowledge of the Greater China Region Export business.
Strong people development skills to build and maintain high-performing sales teams.
Capability to manage delivery outcomes while providing strategic and tactical input.
