Job Description
The General Worker will engage in daily operations such as feeding fish, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness in the work area. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to follow safety protocols while supporting various tasks related to aquaculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in oyster farming and hatchery projects.
- Support sea farming operations, including feeding fish and handling nets.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Report any irregularities to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene procedures.
- Perform general tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Physically fit and able to work in marine conditions.
Ability to swim (preferred).
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
Team player with the ability to follow instructions.
Experience in aquaculture is an advantage.
Proficient in using computers and company systems.
