
The Genesys Consultant - S&C GN Song Service is responsible for delivering and implementing Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their challenges and developing strategic transformation roadmaps to enhance business performance across various functions.
In this role, you will work as an analyst or consultant in a dynamic environment, collaborating with clients to address market and customer challenges. Your day-to-day activities will include creating business cases and supporting partner activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Customer Service Operations, particularly in Contact Center channels.
Proven experience with multichannel self-service, IVR, and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on the Genesys Cloud platform.
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Operations using tools like Genesys Cloud Architect.
Familiarity with on-premises, on-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience in Genesys Cloud administration and application components.
