The Genesys Consultant - S&C GN Song Service role involves working as an analyst or consultant to deliver and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. The consultant will engage with clients to understand market and customer challenges, create business cases, and develop strategic transformation roadmaps. They will also play a role in partner support activities and developing business requirements based on leadership input, focusing on enhancing business performance across sales, service, and marketing functions.
Experience working with Customer Service Operations including Contact Center channels and assessment of customer service operations.
Experience implementing multichannel self-service, IVR, and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on the Genesys Cloud platform.
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Operations across voice and non-voice applications using tools like Genesys Cloud Architect.
Ability to identify customer needs through technical benefits assessment and build business value cases for solutions.
Knowledge of on-premises, on-cloud, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud economics.
Experience in Genesys Cloud administration and application components such as Edge, BYOC, SIP, and AppFoundry.
