Role Summary
The Global Meeting Compliance and Disclosure Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with EFPIA and local transparency reporting guidelines. This role collaborates with various stakeholders and international teams to optimize the quality and delivery of compliance outputs within the Business Services Centers.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing Indirect Transfer of Value activities and ensuring data accuracy for transparency reports. You will work closely with the Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Manager and various teams to enhance compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Indirect Transfer of Value activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for transparency reports.
- Collaborate with international teams to support compliance initiatives.
- Optimize the quality and delivery of compliance outputs.
- Report to the Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Manager.
- Assist in the development of compliance training materials.
- Monitor changes in EFPIA and local regulations to ensure adherence.
