The Head of Human Resource Business Partner will oversee the HR function at KPJ Healthcare, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strategic leadership in HR practices and employee engagement initiatives.
As the Head of Human Resource, you will lead and manage the HR function across the organization. Your responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive organizational culture. You will also provide strategic HR advice to senior management and lead a high-performing HR team.
Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the education industry
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and industrial relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
