
The HR Recruitment & Onboarding Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This role plays a crucial part in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires effective communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Local Malaysian applicants only.
18 years and above.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR recruitment role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and Microsoft Office.
