
The Human Resources Associate will manage recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements, ensuring effective communication and organization throughout the hiring cycle.
As a Human Resources Associate, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and management. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records, contributing to a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall HR function within the company.
At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
Proficient in using HR software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
