
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for assisting in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues. This role supports management in handling HR matters and ensures compliance with hiring processes while fostering a positive work environment.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, addressing employee inquiries and supporting various HR functions. You will work closely with management to ensure effective employee relations and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Good communication skills to respond to questions and concerns professionally.
