Job Description

As a Human Resources Executive, you will manage the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and prepare hiring reports while maintaining accurate employee records. You will conduct onboarding programs, ensure compliance with company policies, handle employee relations, and organize company events to foster a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations independently.

Familiarity with labor law and HR procedures is an advantage.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with AI tools and digital workplace solutions.
