Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations independently.
Familiarity with labor law and HR procedures is an advantage.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with AI tools and digital workplace solutions.
Ability to communicate and write in both English and Chinese.
