Job Description

In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to assess recruitment needs and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment that values personal growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess recruitment needs and develop proactive strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively, including developing proposals and monitoring salary expenses.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with higher education institutions to establish sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Act as a mediator in workplace disputes, promoting constructive conflict resolution.
  • Lead investigations into employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Design and implement innovative engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
