The Inside Sales Account Representative (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for nurturing a high volume of accounts, upselling, cross-selling, and activating existing and new accounts. This role involves developing an understanding of partner business goals, turning data into actionable insights, collaborating with the sales team, and tracking key metrics and business trends to support client success. The representative will handle opportunities from medium to enterprise level and work on deals from initial contact through presentation to prospective customers.
Ability to communicate effectively as a Mandarin speaker.
