The Insurance Operations Associate engages in daily tasks such as data entry, issuing policy documents, and billing premiums while adhering to established guidelines. The role requires analysis and investigation, ensuring accurate handling of accounts and effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine business processing transactions involving data entry and policy document issuance. - Analyze and investigate accounts, ensuring accuracy in tax calculations and billing. - Communicate effectively with Producing Offices, Multinational Risk Practitioners, Underwriters, and clients. - Organize and maintain electronic databases for efficient data management. - Respond to queries from clients, producing offices, and underwriters via email and calls. - Coordinate with finance, accounting, and other departments for payment updates. - Prepare reports as requested by management. - Potentially train other staff members on processes and systems.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in insurance operations or a related area.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
