The Insurance Operations Associate is responsible for performing routine and non-repetitive business processing tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of insurance operations through effective communication and data management.
In this position, you will engage in daily tasks such as data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing within a dynamic team environment. You will also validate customer proposals and manage renewals or cancellations according to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
1–2 years of experience in underwriting operations or policy issuance preferred.
Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical and investigative skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English for professional communication.
Familiarity with data management and service level agreements (SLAs).
Willingness to work in shifts and on Malaysian public holidays as required.
Prior experience in BPO or Shared Services environments is an advantage.
