The Insurance Operations Associate is responsible for performing routine and non-repetitive business processing tasks, including data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing. The role involves validating customer proposals, generating quotations, and managing renewals or cancellations according to Standard Operating Procedures. You will communicate with stakeholders like Underwriters and clients to gather information while maintaining electronic databases and investigating rework issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
1–2 years of experience in underwriting operations or policy issuance preferred.
Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical and investigative skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English for professional communication.
Familiarity with data management and service level agreements (SLAs).
Willingness to work in shifts and on Malaysian public holidays as required.
Prior experience in BPO or Shared Services environments is an advantage.
