The Intern – People Analytics & Reporting (HR Shared Services) is responsible for supporting the HR analytics function within the organization. Job Description
In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in People Analytics, working closely with HR data and analytics tools. You will assist in preparing HR dashboards, validating and organizing data, and analyzing workforce trends to support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of HR dashboards.
- Validate and organize HR data for analysis.
- Assist in analyzing workforce trends and metrics.
