The Intern – People Analytics & Reporting (HR Shared Services) is responsible for supporting the HR analytics function within the organization. This role provides valuable exposure to real HR data and modern analytics tools, contributing to the development of insights that drive workforce decisions.
Job Description
In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in People Analytics, working closely with HR data and analytics tools. You will assist in preparing HR dashboards, validating and organizing data, and analyzing workforce trends to support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of HR dashboards.
- Validate and organize HR data for analysis.
- Assist in analyzing workforce trends and metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data reporting processes.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR analytics.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and insights.
- Contribute to the development of data visualization tools.
Job Requirements
Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Mathematics, or related fields.
Strong interest in data, analytics, dashboards, or problem-solving.
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel).
Curious about data visualization, automation, or AI (experience not required).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
