Role Summary

The Intern, People is responsible for supporting the talent team in various HR functions. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and employee engagement within a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

In this internship, you will assist the talent team with daily HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding activities. You will work closely with team members to ensure a smooth hiring process and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage schedules.
  • Manage new hire paperwork and documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding sessions and activities.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential filing of employee records.
  • Assist in organizing company engagement events.
  • Help with internal HR communications and updates.
  • Gather data for routine HR reports.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Business-related field.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
