Role Summary

This internship position in the People team involves supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. The role also assists with organizing company events and internal HR communications.

Job Description

This role involves supporting the talent team by posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating candidate interviews and schedules. It also includes managing new hire paperwork, supporting employee onboarding sessions, and ensuring accurate and confidential filing of employee records both digitally and physically. Additionally, the role supports organizing company engagement events, assisting with internal HR communications, and gathering data for routine HR reports.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Business-related field.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
