Job Description

As a People Intern at AirAsia, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement events. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and interview coordination.
  • Manage essential HR administrative tasks such as onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement events.
  • Support internal HR communications to enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR records.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage administrative paperwork effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive people-centric initiatives.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or a Business-related field.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with high levels of discretion.

Strong communication skills to assist with internal HR communications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
