The Intern, People is responsible for supporting the HR team across various functions. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment, contributing to people-centric initiatives and internal communications.

As a People Intern at AirAsia, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement events. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
