Role Summary

This internship position in Accounting involves assisting with handling invoices, supporting audits, and learning about tax processes. The role provides hands-on experience in finance within a collaborative team environment.

Job Description

The intern will support accounts payable by entering supplier invoices, matching documents, and preparing payment vouchers under supervision. They will assist in general accounting tasks such as data entry for journal entries, bank reconciliations, and compiling documents for audits and tax purposes. Additional duties include assisting with tax-related documentation, researching compliance matters, participating in finance projects, and supporting process improvements.

Job Requirements

Candidates must currently pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Must be disciplined, trustworthy and able to handle highly confidential matters and work independently.

Sound knowledge in handling Google Sheets/Google Docs or Microsoft Office.

Familiar with SQL Accounting Software (others can be considerable).

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
