
The Internship Communication and Customer Experience is responsible for enhancing customer interactions and supporting operational efficiency. This role empowers interns to contribute ideas and initiatives that promote green energy while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Interns at Verdant Solar are treated as integral team members, engaging in daily tasks that involve customer inquiries and project contributions. They will assist with solar application documentation, quality checks, and data analysis to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a bonus.
Familiarity with handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media is a bonus.
