Job Description
As an ERP Helpdesk Support Engineer intern, you will engage in daily interactions with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with technical teams and managing multiple support cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote assistance for the ERP system.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues through logical analysis.
- Communicate effectively with users via email and Microsoft Teams.
- Review ticket histories to identify patterns and recurring issues.
- Escalate complex problems to technical teams as necessary.
- Document all issues and resolutions accurately.
