Internship Event sales support at Bomb Battle - Kuala Lumpur

The Internship Event Sales Support is responsible for assisting the sales team in planning and organizing various events. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and B2B client servicing within a dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will support day-to-day event coordination activities, working closely with the sales team to ensure successful execution of team building events, birthday parties, and group bookings. You will communicate with clients to gather event details and assist in maintaining event checklists to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing team building events and group bookings.
• Communicate with clients to gather and confirm event details.
• Prepare event materials and maintain event checklists.
• Follow up on event confirmations and payments.
• Prepare proposals and update internal records.
• Provide on-ground event assistance for setup and registration.
