Role Summary

The Internship for Operations is responsible for supporting various aspects of recruitment and HR operations. This role involves collaboration with store teams to address hiring needs and enhance employer branding efforts.

Job Description

The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. The work environment is dynamic, requiring close interaction with store teams and participation in training and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for recruitment.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with store teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Organize training and engagement activities for new hires.
  • Support employer branding efforts through career fairs and social media.
  • Track hiring metrics and report on staffing trends.
  • Handle basic HR operations, including documentation and coordination with other teams.

Job Requirements

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Sociology, or a related field.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Willingness to work at Petaling Jaya, Wisma LYL.
