This internship role involves assisting users with technical problems and learning about IT support. The position provides real experience in troubleshooting and customer service within a supportive team environment.
The intern will assist the Helpdesk team in providing first-level IT support to end users, including troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and technical communication. Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for IT support, documenting support requests, performing basic troubleshooting tasks, providing remote support, escalating issues, and maintaining records related to Helpdesk operations.
Candidate must be currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting, desktop support and helpdesk operations.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
ITIL V3 Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification is good to have.
