
The Internship Helpdesk is responsible for providing first-level IT support to end users. This role involves assisting the Helpdesk team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve direct interaction with end users, providing essential IT support in a dynamic work environment. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address various technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must be currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting and desktop support.
Good communication skills in English.
Eager to learn and proactive in a team environment.
ITIL V3 Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
