
The Internship RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is responsible for supporting the RMA team in managing customer equipment returns, repairs, and replacements. This role provides valuable exposure to ERP systems and quality control procedures in a fast-paced technical environment.
The RMA Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve processing returned equipment, auditing and testing items, and updating inventory records. The intern will also coordinate with various departments and assist technicians on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Good to excellent computer skills with the ability to handle data and documentation efficiently.
Experience in order processing or administrative coordination is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.
