This internship role involves assisting in the management of customer equipment returns. The position offers practical experience in technical operations, inventory management, and repair processes.
The RMA Intern will support the RMA team by managing customer equipment returns, repairs, and replacements. The role includes processing returned equipment, auditing and testing items, updating inventory records, and coordinating with various departments. The intern may also assist technicians on-site and gain exposure to ERP systems and quality control procedures.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Good to excellent computer skills with the ability to handle data and documentation efficiently.
Experience in order processing or administrative coordination is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.
