Role Summary

The Internship Customer Support is responsible for assisting the Asset Recovery & Disposal Team in managing customer inquiries. This role involves direct communication with customers and collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Job Description

In this internship, you will engage with customers through various communication channels, providing support and assistance to the team. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer information and ensuring a smooth customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Support the team in following up on customer requests and service-related issues.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Support team.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
