Job Description

The Logistics Intern supports the logistics team by managing documentation, verification, and coordination of incoming and outgoing equipment and parts. The Warehouse Intern assists in daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Verify and coordinate equipment and parts with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock movement recording.
  • Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Organize warehouse documents and reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance in the warehouse.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and coordination skills.
