Job Description

The Human Resources Administrative Intern will join the team at Motherhood.com.my to gain experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration. Responsibilities include assisting with office administrative tasks, supporting HR administration, aiding in staff onboarding and offboarding, and helping organize company events and training sessions.

Job Requirements

Current University/Polytechnic students in Business, HR Management studies, or a related field.

Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months with the possibility of converting to full-time position.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with staff and visitors.

Able to handle confidential information with professionalism, work independently and take initiative, managing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory; Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to various HR tasks and administrative duties.

Proficiency in using MS and Google online applications.
