As an intern in Human Resources, you will maintain employee files and documentation, ensuring all mandatory documents are collected and properly filed. You will prepare various HR letters, update the employee database, and monitor contract expiry. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination, while sourcing candidates through various channels and maintaining recruitment trackers.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
High level of professionalism and eagerness to learn.
Able to commit to an on-site internship.
