Job Description
As an intern in Sunway Group’s Human Resources department, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities and collaborate with a dynamic team. This internship will allow you to contribute to meaningful projects and develop essential skills in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Support employee wellness initiatives and programs.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR-related tasks.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in compensation & benefits and employee wellness.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
