The Business Operations Intern will focus on ensuring key clients have a positive experience with the Troopers App. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance, conducting account reviews, and collaborating with teams such as sales, product development, and marketing. The intern will also identify opportunities to expand business with key accounts and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
Strong communication and linguistic skills in English and Malay.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Resourceful with a high level of initiative.
Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
