The Internship IT Technician is responsible for assembling, installing, and configuring IT equipment for customers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all equipment meets quality standards and is properly documented in the ERP system.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day assembly and configuration of desktops, monitors, and notebooks, ensuring they are ready for customer use. You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and quality assurance are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install desktops, monitors, and notebooks as per customer requirements.
- Configure IT equipment to meet quality standards.
- Test and document all equipment in the ERP system.
- Inspect and audit received equipment for quality assurance.
- Grade and record the condition of equipment in the ERP system.
- Disassemble parts as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Store equipment with protective measures according to standard procedures.
Job Requirements
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electronic Computer, Control, System Engineering, Electrical, or Electronic.
