Job Description
The Operation Excellence Intern will support the management team in day-to-day analysis and operational tasks. Responsibilities include managing Competitor Service Level Agreement tasks, creating orders for third-party logistics providers, and coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely pickups. The role also involves monitoring invoices, assisting with audits and training, and generating daily reports to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and service delivery.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
Relevant working experience is considered an advantage.
Meticulous nature with a strong orientation towards process adherence.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with others.
Quick learner capable of grasping operational systems in a fast-paced environment.
