Job Description
The Operation Excellence Intern will engage in various operational tasks and analysis to support the management team. The work environment is dynamic, requiring a hands-on approach to ensure timely execution of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Competitor Service Level Agreement tasks.
- Create orders for third-party logistics providers.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely pickups.
- Monitor invoices and assist with audits.
- Provide training support as needed.
- Generate daily reports to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
Relevant working experience is considered an advantage.
Meticulous nature with a strong orientation towards process adherence.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with others.
Quick learner capable of grasping operational systems in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on approach suitable for an operations-based work setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
