The Procurement Intern is responsible for supporting the Admin and Procurement department with various administrative tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement activities and documentation management.
As a Procurement Intern, you will engage in daily administrative tasks that support the procurement process, including filing, document translation, and preparing meeting minutes. You will also track Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders while assisting with the quotation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma holder or above in a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of office management systems and equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
