This internship role provides administrative support to the procurement department, focusing on order tracking, documentation, and reporting. It is an ideal opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain administration.
As a Procurement Intern, you will support the Admin and Procurement department with daily administrative tasks, including filing, document translation, and preparing meeting minutes. You will play a key role in tracking Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders while assisting with the quotation process. Additionally, you will maintain status reports on procurement activities, update asset data, and ensure all procurement-related documentation is accurately processed and organized.
Minimum Diploma holder or above in a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of office management systems and equipment like printers and fax machines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
