This role involves supporting purchasing activities including preparing Purchase Orders, Quotations, and related documents, ensuring proper filing and system updates. The position includes coordinating with suppliers to track delivery status, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and assisting in stock monitoring and replenishment suggestions.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
Internship duration: Minimum 3 6 months (depending on company requirement).
Basic understanding of purchasing, supply chain or inventory processes is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus (for dealing with certain suppliers).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Able to use email professionally and communicate with suppliers clearly.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Fast learner, proactive and able to follow instructions.
Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and willing to learn purchasing operations.
Able to work well with different departments (Warehouse, Production, Accounts).
