This internship role for a Sales & Admin Executive involves supporting internal coordination and administrative tasks. The position focuses on organizational support in a non-client-facing capacity.
The Sales & Admin Executive at Mtrinity supports the management and sales teams by handling internal coordination, documentation, and reporting. The role emphasizes maintaining smooth operations and collaboration without direct client interaction.
Draft and organize sales-related documents, reports, and quotations.
Ensure precise documentation of sales data, contracts, and administrative records.
Facilitate meetings, manage schedules, and enhance internal communication.
Aid management with project monitoring and task follow-up.
Assist with HR and administrative duties, including tracking leave, processing claims, and basic office upkeep.
Promote efficient collaboration between the sales and operations teams.
Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
