
The Total Rewards Intern is responsible for assisting in the management of compensation and benefits data. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR data management and supports the Total Rewards process within the organization.
As a Total Rewards Intern, you will engage in daily tasks that involve gathering and organizing compensation and benefits data, supporting market benchmarking efforts, and executing employee benefit programs. You will maintain trackers, prepare reports, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Comfortable working with data and numbers.
Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Eager to learn and ask questions.
Good communication skills.
Handles confidential information responsibly.
Interest in HR, especially Compensation & Benefits.
