The ITSM Support Engineer role focuses on Business Integration and Automation Engineering projects, particularly involving Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development. The position includes responsibilities such as incident, change, and problem management, acting as a subject matter expert for problem, data, risk, and impact analysis related to Data Historian events, and managing and implementing interfaces between the Data Historian and other data sources. The role also involves participation in various integration and automation projects including reporting, big data analysis, and machine and production line integration, alongside some Windows Server administration and firewall configuration knowledge.
Ability to administer and develop Data Historian (AVEVA PI).
Experience with incident, change, and problem management.
Subject matter expertise in problem, data, risk, and impact analysis related to Data Historian events.
Experience managing and implementing interfaces to and from Data Historian and other data sources.
Ability to participate in business integration and automation engineering projects including reporting, interfaces, big data analysis, and production line integration.
Knowledge of Windows Server administration and firewall configuration.
