Job Description
The ITSM Support Engineer engages in day-to-day operations involving Data Historian administration and development, ensuring smooth integration and automation of business processes. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on collaboration with various teams to enhance data management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and develop Data Historian (AVEVA PI).
- Manage incidents, changes, and problems effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert for problem, data, risk, and impact analysis related to Data Historian events.
- Implement interfaces between Data Historian and other data sources.
- Participate in business integration and automation engineering projects.
- Conduct reporting and big data analysis.
- Integrate machine and production line systems.
- Provide knowledge in Windows Server administration and firewall configuration.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration.
Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
