Role Summary
The ITSM Technology Support Engineer is responsible for Business Integration and Automation Engineering Projects with a focus on Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development. This role plays a critical part in managing data integration and automation processes, ensuring efficient operations within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve incident management, change management, and problem management related to Data Historian events. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to various integration projects and supporting the overall business automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement interfaces between the Data Historian and other data sources.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for analysis related to Data Historian events.
- Participate in Business Integration and Automation Engineering Projects such as reporting and big data analysis.
- Conduct Problem, Data, Risk, and Impact analysis related to Data Historian events.
- Oversee Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production automation.
- Administer and develop Data Historian (AVEVA PI) systems.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development.
Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Familiarity with Windows Server administration.
Understanding of firewall configuration.
Ability to conduct data analysis and risk assessments.
