
The ITSM Technology Support Engineer is responsible for Business Integration and Automation Engineering Projects with a focus on Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development. In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve incident management, change management, and problem management related to Data Historian events. Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development.
Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Familiarity with Windows Server administration.
Understanding of firewall configuration.
