The ITSM Technology Support Engineer is responsible for Business Integration and Automation Engineering Projects with a focus on Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development. This role includes Incident, Change, and Problem Management, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for analysis related to Data Historian events, managing and implementing interfaces between the Data Historian and other data sources, and participating in integration projects involving reporting, interfaces, big data analysis, and production automation. The position also requires knowledge of Windows Server administration and firewall configuration.
Knowledge of Data Historian (AVEVA PI) administration and development.
Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Ability to conduct Problem, Data, Risk, and Impact analysis related to Data Historian events.
Experience managing and implementing interfaces between Data Historian and other data sources.
Participation and support in Business Integration and Automation Engineering Projects such as reporting, interfaces, big data analysis, and production line integration.
Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Knowledge of firewall configuration.
