Job Description
In this position, you will engage in client and project meetings, negotiate terms, and prepare essential documentation. You will also oversee cost estimation, manage supplier claims, and ensure timely payments while working closely with the Interior Design and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client and project meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation for project bids.
- Process supplier claims and contractual payments efficiently.
- Handle cost estimation and prepare variations for clients.
- Administer final accounts and monitor monthly project progress.
- Settle variation orders with clients and sub-contractors.
- Oversee contract administration and compliance with contractual terms.
- Collaborate closely with the Interior Design and Sales teams to align project goals.
Job Requirements
Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or construction in commercial buildings.
Strong understanding of contractual terms and processes.
Familiarity with project costing and pre and post contract administration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with consultants and sub-contractors.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Possession of own transport.
