
The L2 - Core & Cards Support Engineer - GIPS (Service Recovery) is responsible for providing L2 application support for core banking and card processing systems. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical systems to ensure 24x7 availability and effective incident resolution.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include monitoring and troubleshooting JBoss and Weblogic servers, executing database queries, and developing shell scripting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in SQL and database management with Oracle, MSSQL, or MYSQL.
Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Unix/Linux environments.
Technical expertise in supporting web servers and Java-based server applications.
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on shifts.
