Role Summary
The L2 - Core & Cards Support Engineer - GIPS (Service Recovery) is responsible for providing L2 application support for core banking and card processing systems. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical systems to ensure 24x7 availability and effective incident resolution.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include monitoring and troubleshooting JBoss and Weblogic servers, executing database queries, and developing shell scripting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and ensure system reliability.

- Monitor and maintain core banking and card processing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JBoss and Weblogic servers.
- Execute database queries to support application functionality.
- Develop shell scripting solutions for automation and efficiency.
