Lead, Change Management - Group Technology at CIMB Group Holdings Berhad - Kuala Lumpur

The Lead, Change Management - Group Technology is responsible for overseeing the IT Change Management process. This role involves leading a team to ensure effective change implementation and coordination across various teams within the organization.

In this role, you will manage a team of Change Managers and Analysts, focusing on the daily operations of IT Change Management. You will be expected to work after hours and at different CIMB premises as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Change Managers and Analysts to drive the IT Change Management process.
• Coordinate across teams to implement best practices in change management.
• Assess proposed changes and manage escalations effectively.
• Participate in major deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management processes.
• Facilitate training and support for team members on change management practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives.
