
The Lead, Change Management role involves overseeing the IT Change Management process and leading a team to ensure efficient handling of IT changes. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and extensive IT experience.
As the Process Owner of IT Change Management, you will lead a team of Change Managers and Analysts to drive the IT Change Management process. Your responsibilities include coordinating across teams, implementing best practices, assessing proposed changes, managing escalations, and participating in major deployment activities. You must be able to work after hours and in different CIMB premises as required.
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology
Minimum 10 years of IT experience
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification or equivalent
Experience managing a team
Familiarity with risk management and project management
Knowledge of ITIL v3 frameworks
Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
Strong influencing and relationship management skills
