Learning & Leadership Dev Manager at Accenture Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Learning & Leadership Development Manager is responsible for overseeing learning initiatives within the Domestic business and Accenture Intelligent Operations Centre Malaysia (AIOCM). This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the learning experiences for targeted audiences by collaborating with various HR partners and stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day learning initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement of learning interventions. You will work closely with regional, global, and local teams to create impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and delivery of learning interventions.
• Collaborate with regional, global, and local HR partners and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Consult on learning solutions and manage communication channels.
• Coordinate self-enrolled programmes with multiple teams and external providers.
• Provide technical support and engagement for learning programmes.
• Conduct reporting and analysis related to learning activities.
• Participate in broader HR functions and people initiatives.
