The Learning and Leadership Development Manager is responsible for overseeing learning initiatives within the Domestic business and Accenture Intelligent Operations Centre Malaysia (AIOCM). The role supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning interventions, working closely with regional, global, and local HR partners and stakeholders to provide effective learning experiences for targeted audiences.

Skills in supporting design and delivery of learning interventions.
Capability to collaborate with regional, global, and local partners and stakeholders.
Experience or ability to manage communication channels and consult on learning solutions.
Skills in programme management including enrolment, engagement, and technical support.
Ability to oversee self-enrolled programmes and coordinate with multiple teams and external providers.
Competency in reporting, analysis, and process improvement related to learning activities.
Willingness to participate and collaborate in broader HR functions and people initiatives.
