Role Summary
The Learning & Leadership Development Manager is responsible for overseeing learning initiatives within the Domestic business and Accenture Intelligent Operations Centre Malaysia (AIOCM). This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the learning experiences for targeted audiences by collaborating with various HR partners and stakeholders.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day learning initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement of learning interventions. You will work closely with regional, global, and local teams to create impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and delivery of learning interventions.
- Collaborate with regional, global, and local HR partners and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Consult on learning solutions and manage communication channels.
- Coordinate self-enrolled programmes with multiple teams and external providers.
- Provide technical support and engagement for learning programmes.
- Conduct reporting and analysis related to learning activities.
- Participate in broader HR functions and people initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in learning and development or HR roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with programme management and learning technologies.
