The Lecturer contributes to curriculum development, innovation, enhancement, and quality assurance in undergraduate and postgraduate units. This role involves delivering innovative and excellent teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Lecturer conducts original research, develops a publication record, and begins to build a profile in grants and supervision. They also participate in collaborations with universities, government, industry, or civil society to enhance research impact and educational excellence. Additionally, the Lecturer supports the management of education, research, and administration within the School by participating in committees and contributing significantly to administrative tasks individually and as part of a team.
