Job Description
As a Management Consultant for Demand & Supply Planning, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve gathering business requirements and designing digital planning platforms. You will work closely with clients to enhance their supply chain operations and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain transformation projects for global clients.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for digital planning platforms.
- Optimize forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate S&OP/IBP cycles to enhance planning processes.
- Analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
- Mentor junior analysts to foster their professional development.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems.
4 to 7 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or S&OP.
Proficiency in planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, or Blue Yonder.
Expertise in supply chain processes, including forecasting and inventory management.
Experience in consulting or large-scale system transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
