Job Description
As a Management Consultant for Demand & Supply Planning, you will lead supply chain transformations for global clients. You will gather business requirements to design and configure digital planning platforms like o9, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder. Key duties include optimizing forecasting models, facilitating S&OP/IBP cycles, and analyzing KPIs like forecast accuracy and inventory turns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget while mentoring junior analysts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems.
4 to 7 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or S&OP.
Proficiency in planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, or Blue Yonder.
Expertise in supply chain processes, including forecasting and inventory management.
Experience in consulting or large-scale system transformation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
