Job Description
In this position, you will work closely with leading Utilities clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and process expertise to drive impactful solutions. You will lead large CIS implementation projects and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex change initiatives for Utilities clients.
- Design and implement enhanced capabilities in Utilities retail and customer service processes.
- Lead large CIS implementation projects from start to finish.
- Communicate complex requirements effectively between stakeholders.
- Drive business readiness and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities through existing relationships and networking.
- Provide insightful recommendations based on analysis of System Integration projects.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 11 years of experience in Utilities Retail with implementation experience.
Understanding of different business processes in the Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated).
Ability to independently define solutions for complex projects.
Specialization in a technology, domain, or functional competency area.
Experience in large program assignments and defining business solutions.
Program management skills for large, complex business programs.
