Job Description
As a Management Consulting Analyst in the Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) team, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve requirement gathering, data validation, and performing analytical tasks to improve supply chain transparency and efficiency. You will work closely with clients in Retail and Manufacturing sectors, utilizing various planning platforms to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and optimization of supply chain platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance demand forecasting.
- Conduct requirement gathering and data validation.
- Perform analytical tasks to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage large datasets to derive insights.
- Assist in the development of S&OP performance metrics.
- Contribute to the implementation of planning solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.
Exposure to planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, or Blue Yonder.
Basic understanding of S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or visualization tools is a plus.
