The Management Consulting Manager for CFO & Enterprise Value Finance Operations and Transformation plays a key role in supporting finance executives by addressing complex operational challenges and driving finance transformation initiatives. Located in Kuala Lumpur as part of a global Center of Excellence, the role involves collaborating with local and international clients and Accenture teams to design and implement finance operating models, shared services, and GBS strategies, including leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance finance functions. This position also involves managing project execution, coaching teams, and contributing to business development in a dynamic, multicultural environment with occasional travel.
Job Requirements
Strong leadership skills in finance transformation and the ability to solve complex operational challenges for finance executives.
Experience in designing and implementing finance operating models, shared services, and Global Business Services (GBS) strategies.
Strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands-on approach to translating vision into actionable plans.
Knowledge and application of AI and automation technologies in finance operations.
Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate effectively with experienced leaders and diverse teams.
Experience managing end-to-end finance operating model design and implementation projects.
Capability to conduct process maturity assessments and lead finance process transformation across areas such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
Skills in defining and aligning processes, technology, governance, and capabilities with strategic business objectives.
Experience in conducting location feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and site selection assessments.
Ability to define cost transformation initiatives, create value cases, and develop implementation plans.
Project management skills including oversight of assessment, design, implementation, and reporting phases.
Experience in developing transition roadmaps and change enablement strategies.
Ability to supervise and coach senior and junior team members and client personnel to ensure delivery outcomes.
Involvement in business development activities including proposal creation and sales pipeline building.
Capability to shape thought leadership and develop reusable assets such as blueprints and toolkits.
