The Meeting Compliance and Disclosure Specialist is responsible for supporting global meeting and congress processes with a focus on compliance audits. This role collaborates with various business units and external partners to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines while maintaining process documentation.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve executing compliance audits related to meeting execution and post-meeting processes. You will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the meeting compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global meeting and congress processes by conducting compliance audits.

• Execute audits in areas such as Meeting Execution and Transfer of Value Accuracy.
• Contribute to Post Meeting Compliance and Meeting Closure activities.
• Work with external partners to align on compliance standards.
