The Meeting Compliance and Disclosure Specialist is responsible for supporting global meeting and congress processes with a focus on compliance audits. Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve executing compliance audits related to meeting execution and post-meeting processes. You will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the meeting compliance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global meeting and congress processes by conducting compliance audits.
- Collaborate with business units to communicate audit results effectively.
- Maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Execute audits in areas such as Meeting Execution and Transfer of Value Accuracy.
- Contribute to Post Meeting Compliance and Meeting Closure activities.
- Work with external partners to align on compliance standards.
- Focus on process improvement and attention to detail in audit execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in basic accounting, accounts payable, finance, or business administration.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Marco, Power BI, and Automation UI path is a plus.
