Role Summary
The Monitoring & Reporting (Service Automation Engineer) is responsible for supporting automation efforts related to Control-M and CMDB configuration. This role plays a crucial part in automating legacy infrastructure processes and enabling data-driven reporting to enhance decision-making.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities focused on automating processes and ensuring the accuracy of configuration data. You will collaborate closely with senior staff and various teams to contribute to system modernization and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support automation efforts related to Control-M and CMDB configuration.
- Automate legacy infrastructure processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy of configuration data for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in IT automation or infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Control-M job automation tool.
Strong knowledge and experience in CMDB operations and integration.
Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for task and process automation.
Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.
Solid experience in Unix/Linux environments.
