In this role, the Multi-Property Director of Human Resources will engage in day-to-day HR operations, collaborating closely with property and regional leaders to implement effective HR strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a two-year degree with relevant experience.
At least 2-4 years of experience in human resources or management operations.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior management.
Knowledge of talent acquisition and employee development.
Experience with HR business planning and change management.
