Job Description

In this role, the Multi-Property Director of Human Resources will engage in day-to-day HR operations, collaborating closely with property and regional leaders to implement effective HR strategies. The work environment is dynamic, requiring strong leadership and strategic planning skills to manage HR functions across various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR goals and strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with the Cluster General Manager to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR plans and audits across the cluster.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion strategies to foster a supportive work environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a two-year degree with relevant experience.

At least 2-4 years of experience in human resources or management operations.

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior management.

Knowledge of talent acquisition and employee development.

Experience with HR business planning and change management.
