This role involves developing and implementing goals and strategies to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent while supporting brand service strategies and regional HR initiatives. The Director works closely with property and regional leaders to ensure alignment of HR strategies and oversees implementation of HR plans, audits, and employee engagement across the cluster.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a two-year degree with relevant experience.
At least 2-4 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to manage HR functions across multiple properties.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior management and diverse teams.
Knowledge of talent acquisition, staffing strategies, compensation management, and employee development.
Experience with HR business planning, employee engagement initiatives, and change management.
Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
Ability to conduct HR audits and oversee compliance with policies and procedures.
