The role of Native Mandarin Cloud Engineer (Serverless Specialization) involves designing, deploying, and optimizing serverless applications in a cloud-native environment. The engineer will maintain serverless architectures utilizing cloud-native services, implement event-driven architectures and microservices, and ensure secure communication within serverless environments. They will also support customer queries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate serverless applications.
Strong understanding of serverless architectures and cloud-native services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as YAML and JSON.
Ability to implement event-driven architectures, microservices, and API gateways.
Familiarity with security practices including OAuth2, SSL, and HTTP headers.
Skills in troubleshooting and problem diagnosis in cloud environments.
Capability to document and communicate technical processes and solutions.
Good collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to respond to and resolve customer support queries in a professional manner.
Experience providing architectural recommendations and best practices for serverless solutions.
Ability to manage community support and contribute to technical forums.
Proficiency in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
